Stadium Journal ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Sparkline Sports. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Stadium Journal mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, account identifiers, and authentication information. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

Check-In Data

When you check in to a game or venue, we collect the game, venue, team, date, and any notes, ratings, ticket counts, seat details, or photos you choose to attach. This information is associated with your account and powers your personal history, statistics, achievements, and social features.

Location Data

With your permission, we use device location to show nearby games and venues and support check-in features. Location data may be linked to your account when it is used as part of app functionality.

Photos and User Content

If you attach a photo to a check-in or profile, the image is uploaded to secure cloud storage and associated with your account. You control whether to add this content.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Stadium Journal uses Apple App Store purchases and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. We receive subscription status and product information needed to unlock paid features, but we do not receive your payment card details.

Device and Diagnostic Information

We may collect app installation identifiers, push notification tokens, and diagnostic information needed to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate Stadium Journal.
• To authenticate accounts and keep them secure.
• To display your check-in history, stats, photos, and achievements.
• To show nearby games and venues when you grant location permission.
• To manage subscriptions and unlock Stadium Journal Pro features.
• To send important account, verification, support, and service messages.
• To respond to support requests and troubleshoot app issues.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Microsoft Azure for API hosting, databases, storage, and notifications.
• Firebase for push notification support.
• RevenueCat for subscription status and entitlement management.
• Sports data providers and public data sources for game, team, venue, and schedule information.

We do not sell personal information.

Your Choices

• You can withdraw location permission in your device settings.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information.
• You can delete your account in the app or by contacting us.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections for data in transit. We retain account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children's Privacy

Stadium Journal is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
